45 Days Weight-Loss Challenge

Welcome to our 45 days weight loss challenge. If you are reading this it means that you are considering or have already made up your mind about changing your lifestyle. Below is the complete instruction to our 45 days weight-loss protocol.

INTRODUCTION: this challenge will do more than assist with weight-loss, it will also help you to cleanse the organs of elimination (Liver, Kidneys, colon, intestines, etc..). It will help the body to eliminate excessive mucus, it will help to clear up the skin, it will help you to have better bowel movements, it will allow your organs to rest while repairing themselves, it will promote blood flow which eliminate the chance of a stroke and a heart attack. It will promote overall change to your lifestyle.

Things you need for this challenge:

  • Probiotic (40 billion)

  • Buffered Vitamin C

  • Distilled water OR water of your choice.

  • Herbal formula (Mucusless Cleanse)

  • Your veggies of choice (Lettuce, Cabbage, Okra, Squash, Asparagus, Kale, Spinach, Brussels sprouts, Cucumbers, Celery, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Cayenne pepper, Turmeric, Bell peppers, Avocado, Arugula, Beetroot, Turnips, Chayote, Zucchini, Green beans, Lentils, etc..)

  • Sea moss

  • Sorrel tea and/or drink 

  • Your choice of fruits (Mangoes, Watermelon, Oranges, Plums, Apricots, Cherries, Apples, Berries, Melons, Citrus, Papayas, Pineapple, Coconuts, Pomegranate, Pear, Soursop, Cherimoya, Tamarind, Jackfruit, Guava, Grapes, Kiwi, Sapodilla, Lime, etc..)

  • Smoothies of choice

  • Homemade juicing

  • Homemade vegetable soups

  • Salads

  • Nuts (Brazil nuts, Walnut, Sesame seeds, Pumpkin seeds, etc. 

  • Peppermint

  • Raw honey

 

 

 

In your blender, blend freshly cleaned ginger root (3 oz), 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 of a medium onion, 1 cup of water.

Strain the liquid and add a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of raw honey and 1 key lime. 

Refrigerate mixture. 

DAY #1: You will begin by doing the Gallbladder and liver flush (Find the instruction here)  https://www.grassrootbotanicals.com/parasite-cleanse

You can do your gallbladder flush in the morning or before bed - YOU WILL BE GOING TO THE BATHROOM. You should not consume any solid food after doing this flush. You must drink LOTS of water and peppermint tea to help the body to flush waste and toxins.

DAY #2: BREAKFAST: You will need to drink 2 shot glasses of the mixture that you refrigerated. Take your Probiotic.  Drink a cup of mucusless herb 1 hour later. Wait an hour and have a glass of smoothie (Sea moss, or fruit smoothie)

For lunch, have fruits.

DINNER: have a bowl of vegetable soup. Have a cup of mucusless herb before bed.

DAY #3: BREAKFAST: Drink 1 shot glass of the mixture you refrigerated. Drink 1 cup of your mucusless herb. Take your Probiotic. Wait an hour and Eat fresh fruits OR make your favorite smoothie. Drink coconut water and take 200 mg of buffered vitamin c.

DINNER: Have vegetable soup and meatless salad. Drink a cup of mucusless herb before bed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DAY #4 - 16: BREAKFAST: Drink 1 shot glass of the mixture you refrigerated. Drink a cup of mucusless herb. Grab your juicer and juice 3 cucumbers, 2 bell peppers,  1 large piece of ginger, 3 stalks of celery. Add 200mg of buffered vitamin c to this mixture and drink this mixture throughout the day. Drink water throughout the day. Take your probiotic. 

LUNCH: have your favorite salad WITHOUT MEAT and fruits or nuts for snack. Drink sorrel or your favorite homemade juice .

DINNER: have vegetable chilli OR lentil soup with okra, onions, Garlic, string beans, green beans, red and yellow peppers, Chayote, Turnips.

Have a cup of mucusless herb before bed. 

DAY #17-25: BREAKFAST: Drink 1 shot glass of refrigerated mixture. 1 cups of Mucusless herbal tea

Juice 3 cucumbers, 1 bunch of celery, 2 large pieces of ginger, 5 apple, 1 green, red and yellow peppers, 1 head of lettuce. Add 200mg of buffered vitamin c and have 2-3 cups per day). Drink this mixture throughout the day. Take your probiotic.

Snack on your nuts.

Eat your fruits or juice them OR Have your Sea moss drink/smoothie (Sweetened with fresh fruits), coconut water or freshly juiced apple juice OR have your homemade sorrel drink. Have lots of Distilled water,

LUNCH: have your favorite salad or some savory saute vegetables with herbs and spices

DINNER: Have vegetable chilli OR soup and your favorite salad. 

Drink 1 cup of mucusless herb before bed.

DAY #26 - 30: Repeat day #4

PLEASE NOTE:

If you run out of homemade juices or the refrigerated drink, simply make some more. (In your blender, blend freshly cleaned ginger root (3 oz), 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 of a medium onion, 1 cup of water.

Strain the liquid and add a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of raw honey and 1 key lime. 

Refrigerate mixture).

DAY #31: You will repeat the gallbladder and liver flush. Drink lots of water, sorrel and peppermint tea. If you cannot do the flush this day, do it over the weekend.

 

DAY #32: BREAKFAST: You will need to drink 2 shot glasses of the mixture that you refrigerated. (If it's finished, simply make some more) Take your Probiotic and also your Vitamin C.  Drink a cup of mucusless herb 1 hour later. Wait an hour and have a glass of smoothie (Sea moss, or fruit smoothie)

LUNCH: have fruits and homemade Jamaican sorrel drink. 

DINNER: have a bowl of vegetable soup. Have a cup of mucusless herb before bed.

DAY #33: BREAKFAST: Drink 1 shot glass of the mixture you refrigerated. Drink 1 cup of your mucusless herb. Take your Probiotic. Wait an hour and Eat fresh fruits OR make your favorite smoothie. Drink lots of water. Drink coconut water and take 200 mg of buffered vitamin c.

DINNER: saute vegetables of your choice with herbs and spices. Drink a cup of mucusless herb before bed.

DAY #34-40: BREAKFAST: Drink 1 shot glass of the mixture you refrigerated. Drink a cup of mucusless herb. Grab your juicer and juice 3 cucumbers, 2 bell peppers,  1 large piece of ginger, 3 stalks of celery. Add 200mg of buffered vitamin c to this mixture and drink this mixture throughout the day. Drink water. Snack on nuts.  Also, take your probiotic.

LUNCH: have your favorite salad WITHOUT MEAT and fruits OR saute vegetables of your choice.

DINNER: lentil soup with okra, Pumpkin squash, cabbage, onions, Garlic, string beans, green, red and yellow peppers, Chayote, Turnips OR vegetable soup of your choice.

Have a cup of mucusless herb before bed. 

NOTE: You can prepare your Herb and juices at your own convenience. If you run out of herb and juices simply prepare some more.

DAY #41-45: Repeat day # 17
